Lance Lambert

Boys Varsity Football
Lance Lambert comes to Northwestern from West Jefferson, OH. After becoming a first team-all state quarterback, he attended and graduated from Wittenberg University in Springfield. Coach Lambert started his coaching career at his alma mater, West Jefferson, where he helped coach the Roughriders to a state final four appearance. After two years, he was an assistant at Northwestern before becoming the head coach in January 2023. His all time record as a head coach is 3-7.
